These Terms of Service explain how quirvow.com works and the conditions that apply when you buy from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

quirvow.com is operated by Quirvow, a handcrafted leather bag brand based in Azrou, Morocco, and operated by Imad Bergaouy. If you have any questions about these Terms or about an order, you can contact us at contact@quirvow.com.

2. Who Can Use This Site

By using quirvow.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Our online store is intended for customers whose orders are shipped to addresses within the United States.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. All Quirvow products are handcrafted, so small variations in leather grain, colour, and stitching are normal. These differences are part of the nature of handmade leather goods and are not considered defects. We may change, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices on quirvow.com are shown in US Dollars (USD). Our prices are all-inclusive, meaning they include the cost of the product, free international shipping to the USA, and all applicable import duties (DDP). There are no hidden fees or extra costs at checkout. Prices may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will issue a full refund immediately.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The payment is not authorized or is flagged as suspicious.

  • The shipping address is outside our delivery area (USA).

  • There was a clear error in product information or pricing. Payments are processed through secure providers (WooPayments/Stripe or PayPal). You agree to provide accurate billing information.

6. Shipping

We ship orders from Azrou, Morocco to the United States using FedEx International. Quirvow provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders. All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we handle all customs and import taxes. Detailed handling times (1-2 days) and delivery windows (3-7 days) are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in original condition. Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Both our Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy are part of these Terms and apply to all purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on quirvow.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Quirvow. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to quirvow.com and any related accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quirvow’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts in Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
