Orders & Shipping

Do you ship outside the USA?

No. Quirvow currently ships exclusively to the United States (50 states plus Washington D.C.). We do not ship to other countries, PO Boxes, or military addresses at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is  Free on all orders to the United States. There is no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in our workshop in Azrou, Morocco, within 1–2 business days. We ship via FedEx International, and transit time usually takes 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx website to follow your shipment’s journey in real-time.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No. Quirvow ships using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all US import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the price you see on our website. You will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.


Products & Materials

What materials are used in Quirvow bags?

Our bags are made from high-quality, genuine leather (goat, lamb, cow, and buffalo), sourced from traditional Moroccan tanneries. We prioritize full-grain and top-grain leather for durability. Each product page specifies the exact leather type used.

Are the bags handmade?

Yes. Every Quirvow product is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Morocco using traditional techniques. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in texture and color are natural and make your bag unique.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect: Quirvow will provide a prepaid return label and cover all costs.

  • If you changed your mind: You are responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping to our workshop in Morocco.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), we process the refund within 2–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
