Orders & Shipping
Do you ship outside the USA?
No. At this time, Quirvow ships exclusively to the United States. We hope to expand in the future, but for now all orders must be delivered to a US address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days in our workshop in Azrou, Morocco. After dispatch via FedEx International, transit typically takes 1–3 business days with FedEx International Priority® and 2–5 business days with FedEx International Economy®. Total estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days for Priority and 3–8 business days for Economy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is collected by FedEx, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at fedex.com or through the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Yes. Since August 2025, US import duties apply to most incoming international orders regardless of value. These fees are collected by FedEx at delivery and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with cbp.gov for current duty rates before you order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer FedEx International Priority® ($60 USD) and FedEx International Economy® ($50 USD). You choose your preferred option at checkout.
Products & Materials
What materials are used in Quirvow bags?
We use genuine leather — including goat, lamb, cow, and buffalo hides — sourced as a byproduct of the food industry. Specific material details are listed in each product description.
Are the bags truly handmade?
Yes. Every bag is handcrafted by artisans in Morocco using manual cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques. Because of this, small natural variations in color, grain, and stitching may occur between individual pieces. These are expected characteristics of genuine handcraft.
Do the bags come with any care instructions?
Yes. Please refer to our Material & Care page at quirvow.com/material-care for guidance on cleaning and maintaining your leather bag.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy at quirvow.com/return-and-refund-policy before initiating a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Quirvow covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to Morocco.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect the returned item (1–3 business days), approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. The credit may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
