Cancellation Policy

This page explains your options for cancelling an order placed on quirvow.com. We process orders promptly, so please act quickly if you need to cancel.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet entered processing. After 12 hours, or once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

• Email contact@quirvow.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
• Include your order number, your name, and the subject line: “Cancellation Request”.
• Our team will review the status of your order and respond promptly during support hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GMT+1).

3. If the Order Has Already Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been handed to FedEx and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may:

• Wait for the order to arrive and then submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before the order has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider but typically take 2–7 business days to appear.

5. Orders We May Cancel

Quirvow reserves the right to cancel an order in any of the following circumstances:

• Payment was not confirmed or was declined.
• The item ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
• Shipping address is incomplete or outside the USA.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

In such cases, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
