Exchange Policy
This page explains when Quirvow can exchange an item and how to start the process.
1. When we offer an exchange
Quirvow can arrange an exchange only in the situations below:
The item arrived damaged due to a shipping incident.
The item has a manufacturing or material defect that was present when you received it.
You received the wrong item, such as the wrong product or the wrong colour compared to your order.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or if you decide you do not like the style after receiving the product.
2. Exchange window
You must request an exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. We cannot accept exchange requests submitted after this 30‑day period.
3. Conditions for exchange
For us to approve an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item is in its original condition and has not been used.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
You provide clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item) when you make your request.
4. How to request an exchange
To request an exchange:
Email us at contact@quirvow.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your full name, order number, a short description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
Our team will review your request during support hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, GMT+1).
If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement.
Please do not send anything back before you receive written approval from us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
5. Replacement shipping
If your exchange is approved because of damage, a defect, or an error on our side, Quirvow will pay for both:
The return shipping for the original item, and
The shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.
The replacement will be shipped via FedEx to the same delivery address used for the original order, unless we agree on a different address in writing.
6. If the same item is unavailable
If the exact item you ordered is no longer in stock when your exchange is approved, we will offer you two options:
A store credit for the product price, or
A full refund for the product price.
You can choose the option that works best for you.
7. Items not eligible for exchange
We cannot offer an exchange in the following cases:
Items returned without prior authorization from us.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
Exchange requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
Items where the reported issue does not match the criteria described in this policy (for example, change of mind or normal handmade variations).
