Shipping Policy

At Quirvow, we handcraft our leather bags in our workshop in Azrou, Morocco, and ship them directly to our customers in the United States. We are committed to absolute transparency regarding delivery times and customs.

1. Free Shipping

We provide Free Standard Shipping on every order to the United States. The price you see on the product page is the final “landed” price you pay for delivery to your door. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

All shipments are sent directly from our workshop in Morocco via FedEx International.

  • We ship to: United States addresses only (all 50 states).

  • We do NOT ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the USA.

  • Note: FedEx requires a physical street address for international delivery.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+1)

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Fulfillment Days: Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays.

4. Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx International with a secure tracking number.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 Business Days

  • Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays due to weather or customs inspections may occasionally occur.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP)

Quirvow operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we pre-pay all import duties, customs fees, and taxes on your behalf. You will not receive a separate invoice from FedEx or US Customs upon delivery.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours. You can monitor your shipment at www.fedex.com.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment fees may apply.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost, please contact us at contact@quirvow.com with your order number and photos of the packaging. Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.
