Shipping destination

Quirvow currently ships to physical street addresses in the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays. The stated order cutoff is 2:00 PM (GMT+1).

Delivery time and carrier

Orders are shipped by FedEx International. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days, making the estimated total time from order to delivery 4–9 business days. These are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs checks, or other events outside Quirvow’s control.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes

Standard shipping to the United States is included in the displayed price. Quirvow states that orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes prepaid for the customer. No separate delivery invoice is expected from FedEx or US Customs for these charges.

Tracking

After dispatch, Quirvow sends the FedEx tracking number by email. Tracking generally becomes available within 24 hours of dispatch. If tracking does not update or a shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate physical delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, including the order number and photos of the packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
