This Payment Policy explains how payments and prices work when you order from Quirvow.

Payment methods

Checkout may offer credit or debit cards through WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, and compatible digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment methods shown at checkout are the methods available for your order and device.

Currency and checkout price

Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Standard shipping to the United States is included in the displayed price. Quirvow states that applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are prepaid on a DDP basis, so no separate charge for those amounts is expected at delivery.

When payment is charged

Payment is charged when you confirm and place your order. A successful order should generate an order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder and contact us before placing the order again.

Payment handling and security

Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Quirvow does not need your full card number for customer support. The website uses HTTPS, but no online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

Payment problems

If a payment fails or you see an error, contact us before retrying so we can help avoid duplicate charges. Include your name and order details, but do not send your full card number or security code.
