Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is in its original, unused condition — not worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- All original tags, packaging materials, and accessories are included.
- You have your order number or another form of proof of purchase.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval from Quirvow.
- Requests submitted after the 30-day return window.
4. Return Shipping — Who Pays
Quirvow Pays Return Shipping For:
- Damaged items — if the bag arrived with visible damage caused during shipping.
- Defective items — if there is a manufacturing or material defect present at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect items — if you received the wrong product or wrong color.
In these cases, we will either provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
Customer Pays Return Shipping For:
- Change of mind — if you simply decided you do not want the item.
- Style or aesthetic preference — if the product does not suit your taste.
- Product does not match personal expectations that were not misrepresented in our listing.
For these cases, you will arrange and pay for shipping back to Morocco. We recommend using a tracked service such as FedEx.

5. How to Start a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at contact@quirvow.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
- We will reply during support hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GMT+1) with instructions.
- If approved, we will send the return address and any prepaid label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely, ship with a tracked service, and send us the tracking number.
Do not send any item back without receiving approval from us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
6. Refund Timeline
- Inspection: we inspect returned items within 1–3 business days of receipt.
- Decision: you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection.
- Processing: approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Credit: refunds are applied to your original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card provider.
What Is Refunded
- Full product price.
- Return shipping cost (only if Quirvow covered the return label).
What Is Not Refunded
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind, style preference, or sizing reasons. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Exchange Policy at quirvow.com/exchange-policy. In verified cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered:
- Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the problem and the original packaging.
- Email everything to contact@quirvow.com with your order number.
Once verified, we will open a carrier claim with FedEx and either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund for the product.
