Shipping Policy

At Quirvow, every order is prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Azrou, Morocco. Please read this page carefully before placing your order — it covers carriers, costs, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Shipping Destination

Quirvow ships exclusively to the United States (USA). We do not accept orders from any other country at this time. If your delivery address is outside the USA, we are unable to fulfill your order.

2. Shipping Carrier — FedEx

All Quirvow orders are dispatched via FedEx International, a globally recognized courier service. FedEx handles door-to-door delivery from Morocco directly to your US address, with tracking available at every stage of transit.

3. Shipping Costs and Options

Shipping costs are fixed and shown clearly at checkout. You will see the exact amount before you confirm your payment. Two FedEx service levels are available:

You choose your preferred service at checkout. Both options include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days of processing before handoff to FedEx.
  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays.
  • Weekend orders: Orders received on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time + FedEx transit time. Please allow for the full range before contacting us about delays.

  • FedEx International Priority®: estimated 2–6 business days total.
  • FedEx International Economy®: estimated 3–8 business days total.

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to US Customs review, carrier volume, or weather events beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once FedEx collects your order, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment on fedex.com or through the “Track Your Order” page at quirvow.com/track-your-order.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, contact us at contact@quirvow.com and include your order number.

7. US Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Important: All Quirvow orders ship internationally from Morocco and may be subject to US import duties upon entry.

Since August 2025, the US de minimis duty-free threshold no longer applies to most international goods. As a result:

  • Import duties and taxes may be assessed on incoming orders regardless of value.
  • These charges are typically collected by FedEx at the time of delivery.
  • Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Quirvow is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges.

We recommend checking with US Customs (for example, cbp.gov) if you have questions about applicable duties before ordering.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged, or does not arrive within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@quirvow.com within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue, please:

  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging (if applicable).
  • Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a FedEx claim.
