At Quirvow, we aim to keep payments simple, secure, and transparent. This page explains which payment methods we accept, how our all-inclusive pricing works, and how your transaction is protected.

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. All card transactions are processed securely via WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and are protected with SSL encryption.
PayPal: You can complete your purchase using your PayPal balance or a linked card. Your financial information is never shared with Quirvow.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on compatible devices and browsers through our secure Stripe gateway.

2. Prices and Currency
Currency: All prices on quirvow.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
All-Inclusive Pricing: We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.
No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is the final landed price. It includes the product cost, international FedEx shipping, and all import duties and taxes (DDP). There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees calculated at checkout.
3. When Payment is Charged
Your payment is charged at the moment you confirm and place your order. Right after a successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Payment Security
Encryption: All pages on quirvow.com use HTTPS (SSL) to encrypt the connection between your browser and our site.
PCI Compliance: Payments are processed through PCI‑compliant payment gateways. Your sensitive card details are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are never stored on our servers.

If your payment fails or you see an error message, please contact us before making another attempt to avoid duplicate charges. Email us at contact@quirvow.com with your name and a screenshot of the error message, and we will assist you immediately.
