These Terms explain how customers may use quirvow.com and place orders with Quirvow. Quirvow is operated by Imad Bergaouy from Maison 12, Azrou 53100, Morocco.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting Quirvow or placing an order. The store currently accepts orders for delivery to physical addresses in the United States.

Products

Quirvow’s leather goods are handcrafted. Natural differences in leather grain, colour, tone, and stitching may occur. Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent the products accurately, but the item received may show normal material variation.

Prices, orders, and payment

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. Standard shipping to the United States is included in the displayed price. Quirvow states that applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are prepaid on a DDP basis. Payment is processed through the provider and methods shown at checkout.

Submitting an order does not require Quirvow to accept it if payment is not authorized, the address is outside the delivery area, the product is unavailable, or there is a clear pricing or product-information error. If Quirvow cancels a paid order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

Shipping

Orders are prepared in Azrou and shipped to the United States by FedEx International. Processing is normally 1–2 business days and estimated transit is 3–7 business days. See the Shipping Policy for destinations, tracking, duties, and delivery details.

Returns and refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery when the item is new, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping depends on the reason for return. See the Refund and Returns Policy for the process, costs, inspection, and refund timing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate billing and delivery information, reviewing product details before purchase, and keeping order and tracking information. Customers must contact Quirvow promptly about delivery, damage, defects, incorrect items, or payment problems.

Website content

Quirvow’s text, photographs, logos, and designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Quirvow may update products, prices, website content, and these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page.
