Exchange Policy

1. When We Offer an Exchange
Quirvow will arrange an exchange only in the following situations:
- You received an item that arrived damaged due to a shipping incident.
- You received an item with a manufacturing or material defect that was present at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong item — incorrect product or incorrect color compared to your order.
Exchanges are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or style dissatisfaction.
2. Exchange Window
All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Photos of the issue must be provided at the time of your request.
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Email contact@quirvow.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Our team will review your request during support hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM GMT+1).
- If approved, we will send return instructions and a prepaid label at no cost to you.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
Do not return any item before receiving written approval from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Replacement Shipping
For approved exchanges resulting from damage, defect, or our error, Quirvow covers both the return shipping cost and the outbound shipping cost for the replacement item. The replacement will be shipped via FedEx to your original delivery address.
6. What Happens If the Same Item Is Unavailable
If the exact item you purchased is no longer available in stock at the time your exchange is approved, we will offer you the choice of a store credit or a full refund for the product price.
7. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.
- Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery.
- Items that do not match the original order's issue criteria.
