Cancellation Policy

This page explains how you can cancel an order placed on quirvow.com. We start preparing orders quickly, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, or at any time before we start processing it, whichever comes first. After this point, we may already be preparing or shipping your order and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@quirvow.com as soon as you can. Include your order number, your full name, and use “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We review and answer cancellation requests during our support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1).

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, you still have the option to wait for the delivery and then request a return within 30 days of delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.

If we confirm your cancellation before the order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing by our payment provider usually takes 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need an additional 5–7 business days to show the refund in your account.

We may sometimes cancel an order ourselves. This can happen if payment is not confirmed or is declined, if the item is out of stock or unavailable, if the shipping address is invalid or incomplete, or if we detect suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If we need to cancel your order for any of these reasons, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.
